Rules and process

The Complaints Board cannot consider a complaint before the consumer has approached the company against which a complaint has been filed, and this approach has not resulted in a satisfactory solution for the consumer.

Complaints through the ODR-platform

As a non Danish consumer you also have the possibility to file a complaint through the common European ODR-platform (Online Dispute Resolution). The complaint can be prepared in your own language and filed through the ODR-platform, You can find and read more about the ODR-platform
